Atmanirbhar Assam 2023 – Submit Online Application Atmanirbhar Assam 2023 In a bid to encourage entrepreneurship among the youth of Assam, Government of Assam led by Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma has announced a new scheme during the cabinet meeting held on 12th September 2023. The name of the scheme is Mukhyamantrir Atmanirbharshil Asom Abhiyan . Atmanirbhar Asom is basically an initiative to support the budding youth in their entrepreneurial journey through robust monetary and policy support. Through this scheme, 2 lakh eligible beneficiaries are to be targeted over the next 2 years - 1 lakh in FY 2023-24 and 1 lakh in FY 2024-25.
