BSF Recruitment 2022 requirements job

1. Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer)
No of posts: 11 (ST)

Pay Scale: Level-5 (Rs. 29200-92300/-) in pay matrix.

2. Head Constable (Ministerial)
No of posts: 312 [UR: 154, EWS: 41, OBC: 65, SC: 38 & ST: 14]

Pay Scale: Level-4 (Rs. 25500-81100/-) in pay matrix. 
 
Eligibility Criteria of BSF Recruitment

Citizenship: Candidate must be a citizen of India.
 
Age Limit: Candidates age must be between 18 to 25 years as on closing date of application. The upper age limit is as per norms.

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed minimum education of Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a recognized Board or University or equivalent.

Skill:
# ASI (Stenographer): Shorthand @ 80 words per minute in English OR in Hindi in 10 minutes. Transcription of dictation in English in 50 minutes OR in Hindi in 65 minutes, on computer.

# Head Constable (Min): 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer. (35 w.p.m in English and 30 w.p.m in Hindi correspond to 10500 KDPH in English and 9000 KDPH in Hindi respectively with an average of 5 key depressions for each word on computer).
